Dean Delray made his debut on “Conan”
Dean Delray dropping in on Conan last night for a tight 5 minutes of stand-up comedy. Perhaps the biggest takeaway he broke down apartment hunting… and (very fairly) compared the process to online dating and that people should be able to take a test drive of apartments before making the commitment.
