Comedy was on full display at this year’s Emmys. Winners included Veep, Louie Anderson, and Kate McKinnon. But we’ll get to the full winners list in just a bit. Let’s start at the beginning. Jimmy Kimmel hosted the awards show brought us everything from a unique arrival, PB&Js, and a face off with Matt Damon. And he’s was going to be late unless one of several celebrities helped him out with a ride. Here’s how it all began.
When Kimmel did finally arrive, he delivered his monologue the only way he knows how. With flames emerging from behind him as he took to the stage.
One of the worst parts about going to awards shows is the lack of food so, as Emmys host, Kimmel decided to have his mother make a snack for everyone in the audience.
And finally, following Kimmel’s loss at the Emmys, he comes face to face with his nemesis Matt Damon.
