O’Neal passed away on November 29, 2011 and is viewed as one of the greatest stand-up comics of all time. If you never saw him live, the genius of Patrice O’Neal is not something that can be described. He was beyond a comic’s comic. For anyone who ever met him, saw him perform, was on the receiving end of his signature trash talking, or simply passed him on the street, it was an experience you would never forget.
