This week Jordan Peele’s re-imagining of the iconic series, The Twilight Zone hits CBS’s streaming service All Access. Peele seems to have nailed the tone of the show as he and other celebs re-imagine classic episodes of the tv series. Things kick off with “The Comedian” where Kumail Nanjiani portrays a stand-up comic working his way to the top, along the way he makes a deal with the devil portrayed by Tracy Morgan to attain that goal. Then, as all deals with the devil go, things aren’t quite as cut-and-dry as one would imagine.
The next day over on TBS the devil himself, Tracy Morgan’s and his Jordan Peele-produced sitcom The Last O.G. premieres for season two. Tray (Morgan) is still out there attempting to redeem himself with his friends and family after missing out on so much due to being locked away in jail.
