NASHVILLE, TN: Legendary comedian, actor and podcast host Gary Owen is bringing his latest hit comedy special to 800 Pound Gorilla’s stand-up comedy network. The special, titled No Hard Feelings, will be available on the new stand-up comedy streaming service Gorilla Comedy+ on October 12 before premiering on 800 Pound Gorilla’s YouTube channel on October 29 at 7 PM CT.
His career spans across two decades and all forms of comedy, from movies and TV shows such as Daddy Day Care, Think Like A Man and The Gary Owen Show, his hit podcast #GETSOME With Gary Owen and the stand-up stage all across the world. In No Hard Feelings, Gary delivers an energetic stand-up special packed with personal stories, hilarious observations, and candid reflections on family, fatherhood, and growing older.
Drawing from his upbringing in a trailer park, Gary shares hilarious memories of his mother, his outspoken stepfather, and the experiences that shaped his sense of humor. He also looks back on his time serving in the U.S. Navy, recounting life as a military police officer in Washington, D.C., and the misadventures that came with military life. From there, Gary shifts to his biggest surprise yet—becoming the father of twin boys later in life—finding laughs in sleepless nights, vasectomies, parenting, and adjusting to life with a nanny. Along the way, Gary mixes in stories about dating, travel, pop culture, and the strange corners of the internet, turning everyday experiences into clever, relatable comedy.
