Cool thing to buy this week: Mo Mandel’s new album “Negative Reinforcement”

The album version of Mo Mandel: Negative Reinforcement is now available. Mandel took to the stage in his first hour-long special (for Seeso) at the Gothic Theater in Denver. He loves Julio Iglesias, hates positive people, and aims his frenetic laser at everything from the sins of his parents, to the perils of sex, to the dark nature of his own disastrous mind.

Mo Mandel was the hard partying host of truTV’s Barmageddon and is currently the creator and executive producer of the networks newest hit show Comedy Knockout, a comedy competition show that he created and then promptly lost on two consecutive times. As a stand-up comedian Mandel has made numerous appearances on Conan, Chelsea Lately, Craig Ferguson, and has a very highly rated half hour special playing in rotation on Comedy Central. As an actor Mandel has appeared on such hit shows as Modern Family, Castle, and Happy Endings, and starred opposite Hank Azaria in Free Agents on NBC. When Mandel is not telling jokes, or hosting, or being a high level thespian, he is often writing television pilots, which he has done for, Warner Brosl, NBC, FOX FX, FXX, and The Disney Channel. Basically, the dude is talented and his future is bright and getting brighter. Who knows, one day he might even win on his own show.
