The cast of Arrested Development are leading the leaks about the recently revealed fifth season that’s coming soon to Netflix. After Jason Bateman confirmed the new season on his Twitter, Will Arnett told Business Insider that the new episodes will feature more scenes with the full cast, like the first few seasons.
And now, Bluth family patriarch Jeffrey Tambor has leaked a little bit about the season’s plot, saying there will be “some wall stuff” when asked for some spoilers in an interview for Above Average web series Your Biggest Fan.
During Arrested Development‘s last season, Tambor’s George Bluth and his wife Lucille got caught up in a scheme to build a border wall between the US and Mexico, a bonkers comedy plot that somehow became real in the time between the show’s seasons.
Tambor didn’t offer any more details, but we can imagine there’ll be plenty of topical satire mixed into the show’s typically witty banter.
The fifth season of Arrested Development still doesn’t have a specific premiere date.
