Comedian Mark Normand has a new Netflix special that just came out last week, Soup to Nuts. During the special, he has a new bit about how smoking and marijuana have traded places in terms of what’s now socially acceptable.
As every comedian and hardcore comedy fan knows, there’s a long process that takes place from when a joke is conceived to what you see in the special. There’s countless nights of trying it out on the road, and sometimes it can take a year or more to get a really good hold on a premise.
