Mike Birbiglia has toured on his one man show, Thank God For Jokes and even brought it Off-Broadway for quite some time now. Well, now he’s slated to tape said show for his next special.
This will be the 7th special/hour for Birbigs. Which is a crazy concept to wrap one’s head around as the last handful of hours he’s had have not only appeared Off Broadway, but they’ve made it to books and films.
Birbigs announced via his Facebook page that he’ll tape TGFJ next month in New York and it will be for Netflix. Tapings will be on November 4th and November 5th at the BAM Harvey Theater. For those comedy fans keeping an eye on the calendar, these tapings are occurring during the New York Comedy Festival.
