We’re more divided than ever, and only one person can bring us together – and no, it’s not Bernie Sanders. It’s Moshe Kasher, according to this promo for his new Comedy Central show, Problematic, a new weekly talk show that’ll assemble panels of comics and experts to tackle the most taboo topics out there.
The aim is to bring Internet debate into real life, forcing people with controversial opinions to defend their takes without the safety blanket of social media. “It’s a message board come to life,” describes Comedy Central, “but this time, hiding behind a username isn’t an option.”
Problematic premieres April 18th on Comedy Central (though if you’re in LA, you may have a chance to catch one of their test shows sooner than that – Kasher and co. have been doing live versions of the show around town, at theaters like Nerdmelt and UCB Sunset, so keep an eye on The Comedy Bureau’s listings).
