On Sunday, December 4th, join New York City’s freshest and funniest comedians and writers at The Bell House as they give their time and talent to raise the roof and much needed funds for Syria’s children. Hosted by comedian Maeve Higgins (Maeve In America), the night will feature actor/comedian/filmmaker Mike Birbiglia (Don’t Think Twice), author Jon Ronson (The Psychopath Test, Frank, The Men Who Stare At Goats), comedians Eugene Mirman (Bob’s Burgers), Aparna Nancherla (Inside Amy Schumer, Late Night With Seth Meyers), Todd Barry (Louie), Mehran Khaghani (Last Comic Standing) and Tanael Joachim (Gotham Comedy Live) for a night of readings and comedy.
The night will also be recorded for Irish comedian Maeve Higgins’ podcast Maeve In America, featuring funny, beautiful and sometimes maddening immigration stories, told by the people who’ve lived them. All proceeds will be donated to INARA to provide life-altering medical treatment to Syrian children affected by the war. And if you can’t be there in person, you can still donate by heading here.
