This December, Netflix will be double dipping with two new comedy specials. Reggie Watts: Spatial and Gabriel Iglesias: Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry will both premiere. The former on December 6th and the latter on December 20th.
In Reggie Watts: Spatial, the comic innovator delivers a surreal set blending experimental songs, jokes about grits, guns and drugs, and other improvised comedy adventures. Reggie Watts is an internationally renowned vocal artist/ beatboxer/ musician/ comedian who wows audiences with his live performances which are 100% improvised. Using his formidable voice, looping pedals, and his vast imagination, Watts blends and blurs the lines between music and comedy. No two performances are the same and to that end, “genius” is the word most often used to describe him.
As for Iglesias, he’s sold out concerts in over 24 countries and now he makes his Netflix debut. Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias delights a packed house in Chicago, IL. Iglesias has been described as a witty, electrifying and talented performer, who has the ability to consistently deliver a uniquely hilarious comedy experience. His high-octane show is a sure-fire hit: a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring all his personal experiences to life. Gabriel’s unique and animated comedy style has made him popular among fans of all ages.
