Buckle up! Because fall TV is officially back this week with most of the network comedies returning to air. CBS is rolling out the 12th and final season of The Big Bang Theory, then it’s BBT spinoff, Young Sheldon. We’ll get a double dose of those sitcoms as they’ll premiere on Monday night, then settle into their Thursday night timeslots just a few days later with the season 6 premiere of MOM. Over at ABC, we’ll see returns of both Modern Family and The Goldbergs with its new series, Single Parents on Wednesday. NBC’s going to roll out another season of the critically acclaimed, The Good Place which will join the rest of the peacock network’s legendary Thursday night lineup in a few weeks.
What has us most excited is that Friday night on Comedy Central, there’s a brand new season of the Comedy Central half hours staring both Langston Kerman and Megan Gailey as they deliver their first televised 30 minutes. Then, Saturday nights are taken care of for the next few months as Saturday Night Live is back! That’s right, season 44 of SNL returns to NBC with hosts Adam Driver and musical guest Kanye West.
