Andrew Schulz currently has a fun stand-up project happening on his Youtube Page. It's called 4:4:1 and the comedian is describing it as a "comedy experience" and it's a fun idea.
A while back, Schulz set out to tape 4 stand-up sets, in 4 clubs, over the course of 1 night (see, 4:4:1) the goal was to document one night in the life of stand-up comedy in New York. Schulz produced the project himself and worked with 2 film crews rotating between the 4 clubs to capture the entire experience (including the rides between). When all was said and done, Schulz had edited the footage into an hour of video for a piece he was proud of and thought could sell to a network. When the networks didn't seem interested (seriously?) he decided to release a shortened, 16 minute version and posted it online for the public to see and that brings us to this moment.
Take a watch and be sure to spread the word for Schulz' independent project.
