Amy Poehler and Seth Meyers reunite for an "SNL"-inspired late night bit

Last night, two ex-Saturday Night Live stars -- and ex-"Weekend Update" co-hosts -- reunited to reminisce and recreate one of their classic Update bits.

Amy Poehler, star of new summer comedy The House, stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers to present a special edition of their sarcastic news segment, "Really!?! with Seth and Amy," tackling anti-Trump protests at NYC's annual Shakespeare in the Park event:

It was heart-warming to see the two team up together again to roast the news; while current Update co-anchors Michael Che and Colin Jost are usually fun to watch, seeing Poehler and Meyers share a desk brings back some great memories.

Poehler stuck around Late Night for awhile, sharing stories about writing sketches with Will Ferrell and her current Law and Order obsession -- and she had a very special message for Daniel Day-Lewis, too:
