David Wain has been hard at work making a movie about National Lampoon founder Doug Kenney for a while now. The project, announced back in 2016, stars Will Forte as the title character - a tragic figure who not only was a large part of the creative force behind National Lampoon magazine but also co-wrote the screenplay for Animal House (where the line that the movie is named after is mentioned) and Caddyshack before dying mysteriously in Hawaii after staying there to dry out from drug addiction.
The movie will also star Paul Scheer, Tom Lennon Domhnall Gleeson, Natasha Lyonne, Joel McHale, Jackie Tohn, Jon Daly, and will debut on Netflix on Friday, January 26th.
