James Franco’s passion project The Disaster Artist is shaping to be a great movie based the true story of one of film's worst movies was made. With us so far? By now many of us at least know some of the story about the cult film, The Room and just how bad looking, acted, and written the thing is. So much in fact, it's become a thing of study by film buffs and had a book, The Disaster Artist written about it by Greg Sestero (who also starred in the film). Today they dropped a proper long trailer of the film which fully positions Franco as Tommy Wiseau, the man who conceived, wrote, and starred in The Room. His brother Dave Franco portrays Sestero as the two try to navigate this thing they call Hollywood. The film also features the likes of Seth Rogen, Alison Brie, Paul Scheer, Judd Apatow, Ari Graynor, Kristen Bell, Hannibal Buress, Keegan-Michael Key, and Nathan Fielder. Stacked. The Disaster Artist hits theaters on December 1st.
