Last night on The Late Late Show, Jenny Slate -- stand-up and star of recent indie hit Landline -- gave a passionate defense of acapella, and why it should be considered cool again.
"At my high school, believe it or not, acapella was cool," Slate explained to host Corden and fellow guests Anna Faris and Mark Hamill. When she got to college, though, singing sans backup wasn't quite as trendy, and Slate's never really gotten over it.
So, she demonstrates her skills, convincing Corden, Faris, and Hamill (who loves it) to join in -- and, of course, it makes for a pretty amazing clip.
