Todd Barry visited The Late Show to tell host Stephen Colbert all about his new book, Thank You for Coming to Hattiesburg: One Comedian’s Tour of Not-Quite-the-Biggest Cities in the World.
The book, released this week, contains stories from Barry’s decades-long career in comedy, much of it spent on the road at the world’s most unglamorous comedy clubs.
Barry shares some thrilling memories that can be found within – like, the time he fought with fellow comic (and Colbert BFF) Jon Stewart over a Dave Matthews Band song, and the time he had the best baked potato of his life in an airport. You know, glamorous showbiz stuff!
Thank You for Coming to Hattiesburg is available online and in stores now.
