Watch how "Saturday Night Live" made "A Kanye Place" sketch with Donald Glover

Donald Glover had a pretty massive weekend. Not only did he drop one of the most buzzed about music videos of the year, he did it while pulling double duty on Saturday Night Live as both the show's host and musical guest. While many agree that he solidly held down one the best episodes of the season, we can add that we saw an instant classic sketch emerge with "A Kanye Place." A spoof of the movie A Quiet Place where the players involved must keep quiet to stay alive, problem is when they read tweets by Kanye West, that becomes a really difficult task.

SNL released a behind-the-scenes video to show us how writers Sudi Green and Fran Gillespie came up with the idea and just how fast it the show goes from idea to execution in time for air.

BTW - is it just us or is it a comedy fan dream to have a three week run of back-to-back killer comedians aa hosts like John Mulaney > Donald Glover > Amy Schumer.
