Comedy Living Room has been one of LA’s funniest, most fun live shows for years – but tonight, you won’t have to be on the West Coast to catch the show live, in a very special virtual reality edition called CLR VR.
Featuring performances from Paul Scheer, Drennon Davis, Jay Larson, Justin Martindale, and Paige Weldon, the show will be livestreamed on AltspaceVR, a new platform that lets you attend live events, even if they’re across the globe.
The show will be hosted, as usual, by Matt Lottman and Frank Muniz, who started the show in their own home (hence the name), where it ran for a few years, coexisting with neighbors who were surprisingly cool with having a taco truck and a few hundred comedy fans over once in awhile; now, CLR calls the Hollywood Improv home, when it’s not broadcasting straight to your own living room.
