Artie Lange and Anthony Cumia are starting a show together on Compound Media

Anthony Cumia had been teasing a big change to his show for a while now, and today he made a formal announcement that he and Artie Lange would be co-hosting a show together on Compound Media. Cumia had been hosting The Anthony Cumia show solo for the last 3 years since he spun up his own network but recently mentioned his desire to have someone else on the show full time. After teasing everyone about who his new co-host would be - everyone from Jim Norton, Ron Bennington, Rich Vos, Robert Kelly, and Nick DiPaolo he made it official that it was Lange today and the new show will be branded The Artie and Anthony Show or The AA Show.

In addition to making the announcement on the show, Cumia also posted the news on two billboards Jersey todayincluding the NJ Turnpike and on 495 headed into the Lincoln Tunnel.

Lange was suspected as the frontrunner by fans (and even former co-hosts) when he recently announced that he was shutting down his well-known Artie Quitter podcast. Ironically enough, Lange was rumored as a new host when Jim Norton and Opie split up a while back.

The new AA show officially begins September 5th, merch is already available at compoundmedia.com
