Conan O'Brien has been off the air for a while now, as he shut down his late night show around Thanksgiving and hit the road for a national tour and to launch a new podcast. This was all done with the intent of the late night host's show getting pared down to a streamlined half hour format, with a focus on sketches and segments geared for the digital generation. So there are some big changes on the horizon, previously mentioning that the entire archives of late night will be made available online and just this week a teaser clip hit the web announcing that the show will return in its new format 4 nights at week beginning January 22nd.
