This week, comedian Casey James Salengo's new comedy album, Wild Country Phoenix hits the shelves, well places you can buy music, both physically and digitally. Salengo recorded his debut album at the The Creek and The Cave in NY. He may come from a long line of dumb, dirty, white trash folk, but that doesn’t mean he’s not qualified to take your dog out for long romantic walks to do their business. The timing works out well for CJS as tonight is also the premiere night of his Comedy Central Half Hour special. So he's getting a pretty hefty hug from the folks at Comedy Central between airing a special and releasing his album, making it all the more easier for you, the comedy fan to discover a new comedian before you kick off the weekend.
