On October 6th, Dana Gould will return with a new comedy album on a new record label. The comedian will release, Mr. Funny Man on his new record label Kill Rock Stars, a predominantly indie rock record label that's known to release a stand-up comedy album here and there. Mr. Funny Man will be the follow-up to 2013's I Know It's Wrong. Gould recorded the album in Seattle and shows him in top form as he wryly observes life as only Dana Gould can and relays all in his inimitable Dana Gould voice.
In addition to comedy, Gould is also a successful actor, currently working with IFC as the creator/writer/executive producer of the comedy horror series Stan Against Evil. Which will have a second season coming on November 1st. Coincidentally enough, there will be a Stan Against Evil panel at NY Comic Con on October 5th. So if you attend the panel and then buy Gould's album the next day, and attend his show that night in Brooklyn, giving you a weekend Dana Gould experience.
