Eddie Griffin has posted a short clip of The Comedy Get Down cast talking about their new BET show, a semi-scripted series following some of the world's biggest stand-ups as they navigate tour life and their own intertwined friendships.
Co-starring Griffin, Charlie Murphy, DL Hughley, George Lopez, and Cedric the Entertainer, The Comedy Get Down is based on the hit tour of the same name, an ongoing live show (with dates scheduled through the end of the year) that brings huge names together on the same stage.
The BET series, which premieres this fall, will include stand-up from its stars, but will mostly focus on what happens behind the scenes, as evidenced by the comics' quick descriptions, above.
