Flight Of The Conchords return with an HBO special set to air on October 6th

Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, better known as the off-kilter acoustic guitar duo Flight Of The Conchords are making a return to HBO. No, we're for real this time, we know there were plenty of false starts over the years after the duo had a cult hit TV show years back on the network where the world got a taste of their wackiness. But we have a date, for real this time, they're returning to HBO with a live special Live At The London Apollo which will debut on October 6th. The duo was slated to tape their special earlier this year but the tour leading up to it and subsequent taping were placed on hold after back in March Bret fell down some stairs and broke a few bones in his hand, forcing him to postpone everything for a few weeks while he healed. But the healing has begun and the show is back on track and airing on October 6th.
