Just the other day we were wondering when the second season of Netflix's great comedy GLOW was set to return. For those that missed season 1. It's a dark comedy set in the 1980s and loosely based on characters from the female wresting league of the same name starring Marc Maron and Alison Brie. Last night Netflix supplied a fix to our legwarmer and big hair urges by dropping this fun music teaser that confirmed the show's return on June 29th. The show was picked up for a second season last August, but we've been pretty much in the dark about any new details until now. While this new clip really doesn't reveal anything plot-wise to us, it does remind us that the song "Maniac" and Flashdance both happened.
Season 2 of GLOW premieres on Netflix on June 29th.
