Last night concluded the 9 month run of Jordan Klepper's late night show, The Opposition. An experiment in sending up alt-news publications like Info Wars. Comedy Central decided to end the show after it didn't gain much traction and, frankly as the network stated, they just expected fringe shows to be more in the public profile than they actually ended up being.
With his character leaning into Alt-right jerk range, Klepper wrapped things up with by giving ways how "we" won. Then after tossing the show to a break, Klepper had a a "just between us" moment where he might've had a breakthrough and realized that maybe the wrong team didn't win.
