Judd Apatow was good friends with the late, great Garry Shandling. So much in fact Apatow took it upon himself to put together a documentary about Shandling's life. Something the comedian mentioned possibly wanting to do based on his years of journaling about his life. Apatow brought this idea to life with interviews of some of Garry's friends and the result is a 2 night documentary event airing on HBO next Monday and Tuesday (3/26 and 3/27).
