Kyle Kinane guest paneled on Conan last night to talk about how and when he considers himself a Los Angeleno. Surprisingly enough, it involves Del Taco more than one would think. It's not that Kinane hates Los Angeles, he just wishes people would get their act together a bit more before they headed out there to chase their dreams.
