This clip has been making the rounds of late because it's really resonated with the comedians sharing it. Leslie Jones was the guest on The View where she was a guest to discuss her recent Emmy nomination for her work on Saturday Night Live. While there, host and fellow comedian Joy Behar asked Jones about the current state of comedians being criticized for their material. Setting Jones off on a mini-rant that the critics should be the ones that should laugh the most stating, "The best way to conquer pain is laughter. Let comedians do their job... you're not letting comedians do their job." She also stated that she's glad social media didn't exist when she was younger because we'd be finding a lot of inappropriate things about her past.
