After nearly six years, Seinfeld co-creator Larry David is (almost!) back on air with an all-new season of hit HBO show Curb Your Enthusiasm.
The show's been on hiatus since 2011, when season eight wrapped; since then, David and his producers have confirmed a ninth was coming, but today HBO issued an official confirmation, along with a premiere date: October 1st.
The announcement came complete with a quick clip of David, in full Grecian garb, hamming it up for the camera. Stars Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, and JB Smoove are among the cast members who will be returning for the new, 10-episode season.
Curb Your Enthusiasm returns Sunday, October 1st on HBO.
