Seeso renews Wyatt Cenac's "Night Train" for second season

Wyatt Cenac's Night Train is continuing its ride. Seeso announced that it will renew the stand-up comedy show for a second season. Cenac's long-running Brooklyn comedy show had been a staple in the NY comedy scene when Seeso picked it up and put it on the big streaming screen and turned it into a season. The first season proved to be successful and they decided to bring it back for a second season.

Hosted by Cenac, the series featured appearances from comedians like Chris Gethard, Jonah Ray, Brooks Wheelan, Seaton Smith, Alex English, Josie Long, Marina Franklin, Giulia Rozzi, Shane Torres, DC Benny, and Jo Firestone.

There's no word on when the new season will premiere. Season 1 started running in June 2016 so if we were guessing people we'd eye June 2017 sometime.

The show's producer, Marrianne Ways also revealed that tapings of the new season will be February 14-16th once again tape at the show's home of Littlefield NY. Tickets will be $5 and all proceeds will be donated to local charities (Choices Women's Medical Center, CHiPS & Brooklyn Community Bail Fund).
