There's no doubt about it that Chris Gethard has some diehard fans. People that have followed him and his run on The Chris Gethard Show from its beginnings on public access, across two different TV networks where it currently is riding high on its debut season on truTV. A few weeks back, Gethard set up a phone booth in Asbury Park to talk to random people on the street while the show was live with Wanda Sykes. It worked out so well that they decided to set up booths in some other location (Denver is this week).
truTV upped the party ante and is also hosting live viewing parties at bars in five cities across the country. Fans can gather to watch the show live and enjoy some food and drink. The parties will take place every Thursday night for the month of October.
If you are over 21 and live in the cities of Philadelphia, Chicago, St. Louis, Portland, or San Francisco all you have to do is go to the venue on Thursday night and drop the secret password (BIG MAN 6) and you'll get let into the party.
