Rick Moranis was one of the biggest actors of the 80s who largely retired from the spotlight to raise his children after the untimely death of his wife. While that's an extremely noble reason for his actions, the rest of the planet has been left wondering "what if" for decades now. Tonight, at least briefly, we'll get a glimpse toward that "what if" because Moranis is reviving one of hos most beloved characters, Dark Helmet from the Mel Brooks classic Star Wars spoof Spaceballs on an episode of the ABC sitcom, The Goldbergs. In this sneak clip, Adam Goldberg has a dream that he encounters helmet and the square off, only for him to soon learn that there were indeed plans for the long-rumored sequel, Spaceballs II: The Search For More Money. While Moranis does the voiceover work in the clip, we're betting someone a bit younger and nimble handled the backflip off the couch.
