This is Not Happening is Comedy Central's late night storytelling show created by Ari Shaffir. It features some of the biggest names in comedy taking the stage at an LA strip club to tell some of the funniest true stories from their life. As previously reported, Shaffir did not host the show this season and was replaced by Roy Wood Jr. just a few days before taping season 4 (which might be due to a Netflix special). Regardless, this season has Shaffir's fingerprints all over it as he was pretty much done booking he lineup before his departure. The trailer for the new season just hit the web this morning and this season is stacked, not only with some legendary comedians, but also some of the best of the next generation, and even some non-comedians too. The stories are unfiltered, uncensored, and hilarious. The new season premieres on Friday night, February 2nd at midnight.
