Will Ferrell wants to raise some money for an organization called Cancer for College which helps people with cancer go to college. So he shot this video to let you know that he plans to match any donation made until December 31st up to $250,000. The thing is, he might not've actually shot the clip in a location where he was pre-approved to do so and it becomes apparent that he's not wanted.
