Alright, let's apply some of our (admittedly) bad math here... the average comedy ticket at the venue costs a person $20, Stand Up NY has an $18 drink minimum per person for its shows. So at a minimum, one person headed to a comedy show will have to spend over $40 with tax/tip. LaughPass not only waves your drink minimum, but it gives you a drink and a show ticket for a friend. That's at least a $40 value handed to you when you enter the doors. This isn't even including any of the other perks like Preferred Seating, special events, and some more free booze.
