In honor of last night’s Oscars, compulsive entertainment consumer Donald Trump offered his opinions on all the Best Picture nominees. Well, sort of – comedian and impressionist J-L Cauvin, in wild-haired, leathery-tanned drag, gives a pretty good idea of how Don would grade this year’s fairly diverse group of contenders.
Unsurprisingly, even though he’s “willing to accept Denzel Washington,” he didn’t love Fences, but he thought Hell or High Water was phenomenal for revealing the struggle of all the “young white Christian men” being oppressed by the banks.
Cauvin, host of the “Righteous P***K” podcast, also does a pretty mean Louis CK.
