Working out new material for a new special calls for stand up comedians needing to hit the road to prep for their next special. In this week's Comedy On Tour recap, we've got just about something for everyone on the whole spectrum of comedy. Here are the latest & greatest tour announces this week from Eric Andre, Jay Jurden, Chris Fleming, Jessica Kirson & Jo Koy.
Eric Andre: The Eric Andre Explosion
Eric Andre is a comedian, actor and creator and host of Adult Swim’s hit series “The Eric Andre Show,” which returned this summer for its sixth season. He can currently be seen as an expert panelist on ABC’s “The Prank Panel,” alongside Johnny Knoxville and Gabourey Sidibe, and he recently launched his first podcast “Bombing with Eric Andre” as part of the iHeartMedia and Will Ferrell’s Big Money Players Network. On the podcast, Andre asks his guest, usually a comedian or other type of performer, what their worst experience in front of an audience was, the worst bombing they’ve ever seen, and the most wasted they’ve ever been on stage.

Jay Jurden: The Kinda Sorta Sorta Kinda Tour
Comedian, actor and Emmy nominated writer Jay Jurden is a staff writer for The Problem With Jon Stewart on Apple TV + . His standup has been featured previously on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in addition to CBS’ The Late Late Show with James Corden, The Drew Barrymore Show and Comedy Central. In 2019, Jay was selected to be a New Face as part of the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and in 2022, Jay was asked to return as one of Variety’s 10 Comics To Watch.

Chris Fleming: Chris Fleming On Stage
Chris Fleming was named one of Variety’s Ten Comics to Watch and has a new hour special out on Peacock titled HELL. He has amassed over 80 million views on his Youtube channel and has appeared in Comedy Central’s CORPORATE, Waffles and Mochi, Netflix’s Last Laugh as well as voicing characters in Adventure Time, Twelve Forever, Summer Camp Island and Bigtop Burger.

Jessica Kirson: 2023 Tour
Jessica Kirson is a powerhouse on stage. She’s a hilariously relatable performer of sheer silliness, vulnerability, and ridiculous characters. Her countless comedic character videos have racked up over 200 million views on social media. Her audience is multigenerational, creating an excuse for large groups of friends and families to spend a night out together. In an era where only 10% of all touring comedians are female, Jessica stands out as one of the strongest comedians regardless of gender.
Jessica produced FX’s Hysterical, a feature-length documentary that premiered at SXSW 2021.
