Comedian & writer, Laurie Kilmartin, has announced her newest stand-up special set to release later this month aptly titled Cis Woke Grief Sl*t.

Kilmartin is a longtime comic who's best known for her tenure as a staff writer for all 11 years of Conan on TBS, being a top 10 finalist on season 9 of NBC's Last Comic standing and her New York Times best-selling book, Dead People Suck.

The new hour was taped last year at Hollywood’s El Portal Theater and it follows her previous special released in 2016, 45 Jokes About My Dead Dad.
She spoke about her new special exclusively to Deadline and shared “I love to sandwich the serious stuff (getting doxxed by anti-choicers, losing my mom to COVID) between dick jokes and boob jokes, and see what happens. I hope Cis Woke Grief Slut makes good people laugh, and dumb people mad.”
