Comedian, actress, New York Times best selling author & Saturday Night Live alum, Jenny Slate, has announced her brand new comedy special, Seasoned Professional, coming to Prime Video this February!

This new hour marks her second stand-up special following her debut hour from Netflix back in 2019, Jenny Slate: Stage Fright, a mix of stage time, funny stories about adulthood and conversations with family in her childhood home (which was nominated for a Critics' Choice Award).
With this new hour, Slate hopes to prove that being brave for love is worth it—even when it comes to pushing out a baby, stalking your therapist, or trusting your partner to not destroy you (check out a clip from the new special above).
Jenny Slate continues her on-going partnership with A24.
Additionally, this new hour extends Slate's partnership with the beloved indie studio, A24, who produced the new special for Prime Video. Before Seasoned Professional, they both worked together on the Academy Award-nominated, stop motion animated comedy Marcel the Shell With Shoes On, where she played the titular role and also co-created, co-wrote & co-produced the film alongside Dean Fleischer Camp.
Slate also starred in Obvious Child, Everything Everywhere All At Once & On The Rocks for A24.
Aside from film & stand-up, Slate also is an accomplished author with her 2019 book, Little Weirds. She served as a cast member on SNL for the 35th season (2009-2010) and was also a stand-out for her recurring role & a fan favorite on the hit comedy series, Parks & Recreation, as Mona Lisa Saperstein.
