Jim Gaffigan, Mark Normand, Jerry Seinfeld Among Performers For 18th Annual Stand Up For Heroes Benefit

Every year as part of New York Comedy Festival, the Bob Woodruff Foundation puts on its annual Stand Up For Heroes benefit to honor our nation’s veterans & come together for night of hope, healing and laughter. Each year is notoriously stacked as last year's event featured stand-up comedians Jimmy Carr, Ronny Chieng, Shane Gillis amongst other performers including Grammy-Award winning musicians Josh Groban & John Mellencamp.


And this year, the annual star-studded event has announced its return for its 18th celebration taking place this Veterans Day on November 11th, 2024 at David Geffen Hall at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

This year's lineup includes Jim Gaffigan, Norah Jones, Mark Normand, DJ Questlove, Patti Scialfa, Jerry Seinfeld, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart, and more. The event will also highlight inspiring moments and the remarkable stories of resilience and service of the men and women who have served in our nation’s military.


“For 17 years, at each Stand Up for Heroes, I’ve been impressed to see so many come together to honor the bravery and resilience of our veterans,” said Bob Woodruff, ABC Correspondent and Co-Founder of the Bob Woodruff Foundation. “Our 18th event will be another outstanding tribute to those who served and a reminder to all of us of the debt we owe them and their families for their service and sacrifices.”
