Over the weekend, before making a trip to Los Angeles for this year's Netflix Is A Joke Fest to mercilessly roast legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady, comedian Andrew Schulz checked off an impressive & hard-earned milestone since starting to perform stand-up comedy 17 years ago. The comic has now sold out two back to back nights at the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City as part of his headlining The Life Tour, selling over 39,000 tickets over the course of the two shows.
Andrew Schulz on reaching this massive milestone selling out MSG.
"It is the definition of greatness for me" says Schulz in a heartfelt and celebratory Instagram post. The comedian joins an exceptional list of legendary performers from "Mohammed Ali to Chris Rock, all of my heroes reached that mountain top."
Schulz continues, "I can’t put into words just yet what it feels like to have done it twice this past weekend. Thank you so much to everyone that has made this happen. We posted stuff online and here we are. This was simply the will of the people and for that I am eternally grateful."
Schulz' current stand-up tour, The Life Tour, is a journey through the mind of Schulz as he explores the realms of current events, politics, and the chaos of creating life. His latest comedy special, Infamous, has been viewed over 19 million times on YouTube and can currently be seen hosting the widely viewed comedy podcast Flagrant alongside fellow stand-up comedians Akaash Singh, Mark Gagnon & Alexx Media.
