In the 20-minute piece - which we imagine was initially intended to be a much larger documentary - Bob Newhart and his wife reflect on their well-known close friendship with Rickles and his wife, both of whom sadly passed away. It features interviews with their kids, and also archival interviews and home movies.
The documentary is overall touching, and you can’t help but feel like a fly on the wall in a 60-year friendship. Any comedy fan is guaranteed to love this!
