Comedian Jacqueline Novak is starting off 2024 with a brand-new Netflix special, titled Get On Your Knees.

Directed by Natasha Lyonne - who also executive produces - it is a half concert film half comedy show. It is “both raunchy and poignant, an unexpectedly philosophical, coming-of-age tale of triumph that pushes the boundaries of stand-up,” according to the official release.
“Never in my lifetime could I imagine seeing such a hilarious, rigorous, and gut tingling semiotic deconstruction of the phallus in the theatre,” praised actor Jeremy O. Harris. “This felt as if Andrea Dworkin and Spaulding Gray had a child they made listen to only Moms Mabley and read only Mary Oliver.”
