This past Saturday, Justin Timberlake was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live. After his first time hosting in 2003, Timberlake has become a fan favorite choice for hosting the sketch show. It’s been a minute since we’ve seen him back on the show, so we had a feeling that a surprise could be happening.
Jimmy Fallon & Justin Timberlake brought back an old favorite.
The show didn’t disappoint. They decided to bring back an old favorite, The Barry Gibb Talk Show. First introduced in 2003, it teams up Timberlake with Jimmy Fallon as Barry and Robin Gibb. They always have political candidates and guests on, but never wind up getting very far. Inevitably, Fallon’s Barry Gibb always gets offended somehow. This time around, it didn’t take too long at all for that to happen.
It was a fun throwback to a classic sketch. Sadly, Andy Samberg wasn’t present to do another installation of Dick in a Box with Timberlake. Maybe next time!
