Will Forte, one of the stars of the Looney Tunes animated adventure comedy Coyote vs. Acme, has shared an update on the movie's outcome since it was axed by Warner Bros. Discovery in November for a supposed tax write off.

In a message on his social media channels this morning, he directs to his fellow cast & crew who have yet to see the finished product saying "sadly, it's looking like [they] never will" get to watch the film they put all their "years and years of hard work, dedication and love" towards.
He continues to share: "when I first heard that our movie was getting deleted, I hadn't seen it yet. So I was thinking what everyone else must have been thinking: this thing must be a hunk of junk." But that all changed once he saw it saying "it's incredible."
The Saturday Night Live alum thought the film's finished result was "super funny throughout, visually stunning, sweet, sincere, and emotionally resonant in a very earned way." This lead to him wondering why they (WBD) were not going to release it?
"And at the end of the day, the people who paid for this movie can obviously do whatever they want with it. It doesn't mean I have to like it (I f***ing hate it). Or agree with it. And it doesn't mean this movie is anything less than significant" said Forte.

While we haven't gotten an official update from Warner Bros. Discovery on the film's latest status since being offered to sell to other film studios, this statement from Forte alludes that we may ever get to see this movie that appears to look & be amazing. It's truly unfortunate for fans of Forte & the Looney Tunes Universe.
Joining Forte in the movie's cast included John Cena, Lana Condor, P.J. Byrne among others. This cast & crew deserved more with this movie and hopefully each person involved gets their chance to shine with their next project on the big screen.
