Back in May 2023, James Corden left The Late Late Show, thus bringing an end to the decades-old franchise. In its place is a new show - based on an old show - and hosted by one of the hottest comedians working today.
Everything to know about the new Taylor Tomlinson hosted late night series, "After Midnight."
Taylor Tomlinson will host the new series - which is based on Comedy Central’s At Midnight - and it will air after The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Colbert will also produce the new show, which is changing formats a bit.
Instead of opting to go with another late night talk show, CBS seems to want to go in a new direction. While all the details haven’t been announced yet, the show will likely mirror the Comedy Central version, which featured three comedians participating in a game show format.
Joining Tomlinson is show runners Jack Martin and Eric Pierce. Jo Firestone will also serve as co-executive producer and head writer.
After Midnight premieres January 16th at 12:37 AM, ET/PT on CBS and streaming the next day on Paramount+
